Student of Naturopathy🌿 and Holistic Nutrition 🥕
My mission is to empower you throughout your pregnancy journey by offering essential nutrition guidance, to help insure a healthy, thriving pregnancy and baby, comprehensive childbirth education, and unwavering support. Together, we’ll create a personalized birth plan, practice comfort measures for labor, and explore effective positioning exercises for baby's optimum positioning and breathing techniques. My goal is to provide you with evidence-based information, answer your questions with care, and guide you through every step of your pregnancy and postpartum experience.

Doula Services We Provide
Labor & Birth Support
Having the support of a doula during pregnancy, is probably one of the best decision you could make. From informative prenatal visits, and all things nutrition, to education on all birthy, We'll discuss what support looks like for you during labor, then I'll help you create your birth plan, I'm here to help answer questions, as well as help you advocate for the birth you're desiring. We do support you in natural birth, Birthing w/Epidurals, Inductions, C-Sections, as well as
VBAC births. We'll work together to help you have the birth you desire!
Birth Package#1: $1000
- Birth Plan/ Initial Prenatal, Nutritional Deep Dive
- Monthly vitals check on mom & listen to baby w/doppler
- Comfort Measures & Labor Positions + Miles Circut
- On-call phone and/or text support through out pregnancy
- Support during labor & immediate postpartum up to 2 hrs
- Postpartum Well Family Check-In 3-5 days
Birth Package#2: $1350
- Birth Plan/ Initial Prenatal, Nutritional Deep Dive,
- Monthly vitals check on mom & listen to baby w/doppler
- Comfort Measures & Childbirth Ed Prenatal
- Labor Positions + Miles Circut
- On-call phone and/or text support through out pregnancy
- Support during labor & immediate postpartum up to 2 hrs
- Postpartum Well Family Check-In 3-5 days
- postpartum Well family check-in at 2 weeks postpartum
Overnight Postpartum care
Our overnight doula services give you the peace of mind you need during your recovery phase. I offer one of a kind services to my postpartum families! Mama's & babies come first, their well being, making sure they they are fed, and get as much rest and bonding time. While that's happening, I'm also washing bottles, pump parts, laundry, all while taking care of baby, so you get the much needed sleep. Our overnight shifts are usually 8 or 10 hour shifts. I am ALL for making sure the mama isn't stressed out about the mundane tasks around the house! For the mama....it's rest, eat, sleep, heal and snuggle the baby.
Overnight hours start at $40/hr
Day Time Postpartum Care
As a postpartum doula, I'm trained to understand what new babies+new parents truly need. I can teach you soothing techniques, offer lacatation and bottle feeding support, and help explain what normal newborn behavior is, and what to look for if it's not. As your doula, I will also help teach you how to clip baby's nails, giving baths or anything else you need guidance on. If you're looking for a few hours a couple of days a week, this is the perfect option for you! Our day shifts are 4-6hours, and we help take care of baby, so mama can get much needed selfcare time in, whether that's a hot shower and a good meal, or talking a nap, I've got you covered. Again, I offer our families exceptional service, making sure bottles are washed, pump parts too, light house cleaning and laundry can be done during these hours as well. We customize each package to fit your specific needs.
Day Time Postpartum hours start at $35/hr
Breastfeeding Consulting
Getting a baby to latch properly is important, we help you right after birth, to get baby latched to feed, but sometimes you need that extra help.
We are excited to offer a one-on-one virtual Breastfeeding Consultation option with Portia Kniffin, she comes with years of experience as a Breasfeeding Peer Counselor and she'd ready to help give you all the guidance, tips & tricks to help you successfully navigate your breastfeeding journey!
Lactation services start at $50/30 minute consultation

Nutrition Deep Dive
It's so important for women to be healthy not only during pregnancy, but also leading up to get your pregnancy. As your baby grows in utero, its vital that they get the healthy fats, that they get all the goodness from nutrient rich foods and protein. There are vitamins and minerals that are vital to your health as well as the baby's as you both grow during your pregnancy. I'd love to help you set started on a more holistic, healthy lifestyle before, during and after pregnancy.
Postpartum Meal Prep
Making sure our postpartum mama's have good nutritious meals, that are easily digested, and gut healthy after she comes home with baby, is vital for her healing.
We now offer a service for a "Meal Prep Day:, where I, the Doula come and help "prep" meals for the household, so everything is ready when she comes homes with baby.
You will have 4-6 meal choices to choose from. Imagine having meals prepped and now you can focus on healing and enjoying your baby during your postpartum, without all the fuss of wondering what to cook or eat from a carry out restuarant.
This service is $250 + your groceries, based off the meals you decide on.
BengKung Belly Binding
This is a 1 hour postpartum "speciality" visit. This includes the Bengkung Belly binding session, the organic muslin belly binding cloth, that you will keep. I will wrap you during this session, as well as teach you how to wrap yourself for the days following.
These belly binding sessions help to speed healing of your postpartum body, and give you that added support for your internal organs and uterus.
$200 ** Price includes the wrap + the initial binding
+ teaching you how to do this on yourself.
