We take time to know you before we ever show up for you. Below you'll find our current offerings, all of which can be customized to fit your unique journey. Last Minute Birth Support
Need Last Minute Birth Support? Flat Fee - $600
Sometimes birth comes faster than expected. Sometimes plans change. Sometimes you just realize at the last minute that you don't want to do this alone, and that's okay. We've got you.
Our doulas are available for last minute labor and birth support. We'll arrive at the hospital when you call, support you through labor with skilled, compassionate hands, and help guide you and baby through those first moments, including that first latch.
No judgment. No complicated process. Just support, exactly when you need it most.
Add-On: Virtual Labor Prep Zoom Session- $100
Not sure what to expect in labor? Add a 1.5 hour virtual prep session with your doula before baby comes.
Postpartum Services
Deeply Rooted Postpartum Care
Postpartum is not an afterthought at Wild Roots. It is sacred. It is the threshold where a woman becomes a mother and she deserves to be held there with the same intention and care as her birth.
When we step into your postpartum, we bring our whole selves. We tend to your nervous system, not just your to-do list. We nourish your body with warm, intentional care. We hold space for the emotional unfolding, the joy, the grief, the identity shift, the quiet moments that don't have words yet.
Practically speaking, we make sure you rest. We make sure you eat. We make sure the laundry gets done and the dishes are washed and the baby is fed, so that you can simply be. Rest. Heal. Bond. Breathe.
Every week of postpartum includes our signature warm oil massage and bodywork, because we believe a mother's body deserves to be tended to, not just managed. This is slow postpartum. This is intentional care. This is the Wild Roots way.
Postpartum hourly rates:

BengKung Belly Binding
Belly binding is one of the oldest and most sacred postpartum traditions in the world — and for good reason. This ancient practice helps support your healing body after birth, gently encouraging your internal organs and uterus back into place while providing physical comfort and emotional grounding during the tender days of early postpartum.
At Wild Roots we offer traditional BengKung Belly Binding as a dedicated one hour postpartum specialty visit.
Your session includes:
- A full BengKung binding session
- Your own organic muslin belly binding cloth to keep
- Hands-on teaching so you can wrap yourself confidently in the days that follow
This is more than a physical treatment, it's a moment of intentional care for your body and your spirit. Many of our mamas say this session is one of their favorite parts of their postpartum experience.
$200 — includes the wrap, the initial binding, and teaching

Breastfeeding Support
Breastfeeding Support with Portia
Getting a good latch is one of the first gifts you can give yourself and your baby, and sometimes you need a little extra support to get there. Our doulas are with you right after birth to help baby latch and feed, but we know that breastfeeding journey doesn't end in the delivery room.
That's why we offer one-on-one virtual breastfeeding consultations with Portia Kniffin, our experienced Breastfeeding Peer Counselor. Portia brings years of real, hands-on knowledge and is ready to walk alongside you through every twist and turn of your feeding journey, with zero judgment and all the practical tips and tricks you need to feel confident.
Lactation consultations start at $50 per 30 minutes
IBCLC Breastfeeding Consultant
We are so EXCITED to have Tracy Williams as part of our Wild Roots Team! She has years of experiences as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), and has been supporting breastfeeding families since 2012
She offers our clients the expertise when it comes to breastfeeding and lactation challenges. You can book her through our form at the top of our page.

~ Flange & Bra Fittings – Find the right, comfortable fit for your body and pump.
~Text Support – Ongoing encouragement and answers when you need them most.

Our birth doulas and photographers Terri Jones and Sarah Zepeda are here to capture every sacred moment... from the intensity of labor to the first breath, the first touch, the first time your eyes meet. They also offer maternity sessions and Fresh 48 newborn photos so you have memories that will last a lifetime.
Having a photographer who is also a doula means you never have to choose between support and documentation. They understand the birth space, they move with intention, and they know exactly when to step in and when to simply witness.
