Working with a clinical herbalist focuses on each person's unique constitutional patterns and imbalances by partnering the individual with herbs, supplements and lifestyle choices that will help to bring the mind and body back into balance.

Your herbal consultation includes:

• The practitioner uses all of the included information of current health history, family history, current medications and supplements with lifestyle factors and nutrition to create a holistic wellness plan to optimize the client's health goals.
• You will receive education on herbs, nutrition, and lifestyle therapeutics for your current health situation.
• Deep dive into your intake form and review of health history
• A personalized Wellness Plan emailed to you within 3-4 business days after the initial appointment.

Cost: $222

The cost of the Herbal Wellness Postpartum Consultation includes three appointments during the first three months of your postpartum journey. 

Herbal Wellness Postpartum Consultations

The first appointment we will go over current health history, family history, current medications and supplements and your birthing story. We will come up with health goals and a plan that may include herbs or supplements depending on the individual’s needs. At the beginning of your postpartum journey nourishment, aiding in restful sleep and supporting the nervous system will help you during this complex time. | Plan for at least 45 minutes to 1 hour

Herbal Wellness Follow up Session #2 | 30-45 Minutes session|

Second appointment we will go over the current health plan and determine if the current health goals or plan needs to evolve in any way. 

Herbal Wellness Follow up Session #3 | 30-45 Minute session|

Third appointment we will dive into herbal support beyond the first few months postpartum and how to continue working with herbs and your health goals.
